2009 Office on Violence Against Women Tribal Consultation Summary
On October 30, 2009, the Office on Violence Against Women, United States Department of Justice held its fourth annual Tribal Consultation at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St. Paul, MN. One hundred twenty-nine tribal and federal officials participated, including representatives of sixty-one Tribal Nations from across the United States. This document summarizes the recommendations that resulted from the event.

2008 Tribal Consultation Summary
On December 10, 2008, the Office on Violence Against Women, United States Department of Justice held its third annual Tribal Consultation at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, California. One hundred thirty four tribal and federal officials participated, including representatives of sixty-one Tribal Nations from across the United States. The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians served as the host Tribe for the Consultation. This document summarizes the recommendations that resulted from the event.
